Returns

Heb je goederen ontvangen die je niet bevallen? Past iets niet? Maak je geen zorgen, deze dingen gebeuren. Je hebt 30 dagen de tijd om de goederen te retourneren en je geld terug te krijgen.

Return Process

1. Place the original invoice and the completed return form in the box along with the unworn items.
2. Pack the shoebox inside a larger box or other protective packaging to prevent damage during transit. Please avoid taping the shoebox directly, as this could damage the product and reduce its value.

   Important notice

   • Please note: Our system displays US sizes, so the sizes shown on your order confirmation and invoice are in US sizing. Nike and Jordan Products: Due to Nike’s policy, we are unable to ship Nike and Jordan products outside the European Union, except for Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Customs and Import Duties: If your delivery country charges customs or import duties, you will be responsible for paying these fees. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot provide specific details. Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.
   • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless a free return label is included in your shipping confirmation email (availability varies by country). Please do not bring goods to the warehouse in person. Orders shipped with cash on delivery will not be accepted.
   • Zorg ervoor dat je het retourformulier samen met het product in de doos doet.
4. Refunds for cash payments will be processed within 14 days. If you paid by card or PayPal, your refund will be issued on the same day your return is processed at our warehouse.

Terms of Return

• The 30-day return period begins on the day you receive the goods. Let me know if you’d like to add specific return instructions or exceptions!
• The goods must be unworn and in a condition suitable for resale.
• Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
• The goods must not be damaged or devalued in any way.
